Buddhist monks protest alleged religious bias

Aug. 11, SEOUL, South Korea -- Ven. Mideung (L, front) and other senior monks of South Korea’s Jogye Order, the largest Buddhist body in the country, launch a hunger strike at Jogye Temple in Seoul on Aug. 11 in protest of alleged government prejudice against their religion. (Yonhap)
